Take Note

Celebrate with BDACT! – Forty years of tradition and quality!

A Celebration Note:

About twenty-five years ago, a few of our members created a group of singing ambassadors. The name of the troupe and its participants have changed from time to time, but the tradition and quality continue in our current TAKE NOTE ensemble.

What does TAKE NOTE sing?

These lively singers offer a diverse repertoire of tunes, have a comedic flair, and will adapt their program to requested themes whenever possible. Some audience favorites are “Farmer Tan,” “Chatanooga Choo Choo,” “Alexander's Ragtime Band,” and “Oh, You Beautiful Doll.”

Where does TAKE NOTE perform?

TAKE NOTE performs for a variety of functions and organizations – Parties, Annual Meetings, Social Clubs, Service Organizations, Senior Centers, and more. Some of their past “gigs” include Nancy 's Notion Sewing Weekend, Business & Industry on Parade, Share Fair, Bows & Holly, Swan Park Summer Concert Series, and Nursing Homes.

What is the cost for a TAKE NOTE booking?

Donations range from $75 and up, based on the specific booking and location.

All proceeds are for the benefit of Beaver Dam Area Community Theater, Inc., a nonprofit organization.
